Pam was referred to us by dear friends she had previously helped find their perfect place. Pam was amazingly patient with us as we worked to find the right place for us. She answered all of our questions very candidly and knowledgeably. When we asked her opinion she shared it. Once we found the right property, she helped us navigate negotiations and finally tie up all the loose ends as we moved toward closing (getting work completed at the unit, gathering required condo info, etc.). I can’t imagine how Pam could have been more amazing as our realtor. And now in addition to having our dream home, we have a new friend! Thanks, Pam!

We concluded our purchase in Lakewood Ranch on the 29th and everything went extremely well. It was a very quick closing but Pam Wall managed to get everything organized and completed in a timely manner. Her guidance and advice were invaluable. We have purchased many homes and I must say, Pam and Michael Saunders made our experience one of the best. Our realtor, Pam Wall, gave us outstanding service while listing our house. She was very knowledgable about all aspects of real estate and answered most of our questions immediately or found the answers for us within a day or two. (Since the realtor for the buyers was new, frequently she even spent time educating her about different aspects of the real estate business.) Pam, along with her husband Bob, spent many hours explaining Florida real estate laws, the many forms we had to sign, and what was required to make the house more appealing to buyers. She spent many hours with us and made the sale of the house much less stressful with her many suggestions. With her expertise and ability to see everything from both the sellers' and the buyers' point of view, the house sold quickly. Having a quick sale was wonderful since we no longer had to keep everything spotless and leave the house for prospective buyers!

Pamela Wall, is a excellent Realtor, sold our property with no problems. Thoughtful and works fast and gets the job done with very good knowledge of the process and the market. She got us the price we wanted. I would recommend Her as a professional with no hesitation.

This was our third purchase/sale in which Pam was involved. As was the case the first two times, she was terrific. Committed, professional, trustworthy, prepared and responsive to our every need! There is NO ONE else in all of Sarasota that we would consider for any of our real estate needs...
